In local test mode, the included phone uses a shared-browser channel. To control devices on different computers, deploy the included Cloudflare Worker and connect each screen.
This version records the instructor's commands and any device acknowledgements connected through the session Worker. It does not yet capture 911 microphone audio, transcripts, CAD dispatch times, or auto-score a dispatcher.
